1 - How long will anyclear take to do the job?

Once you have told us exactly what is involved and we have assessed the job, we will give you a more precise time. But as a rough idea, it will take 2 to 3 hours to clear a 3 bedroom house, depending also on access. The more team members put onto the job the quicker it will be, but this also affects the price.

2 - How much will it cost me?

3 - How do I decide what's rubbish and what's worth keeping?

Our staff are experienced in knowing what may have monetary value, spotting the things that you may regret throwing out, knowing what is recyclable and what can be reused. We will help you go through your rubbish, or we can do it all for you.

4 - What is your policy on recycling and reusing?

We are proud to recycle an average of 92% of the items we dispose of. This means taking them to a commercial recycling yard where they are separated into what's recyclable and what is waste. The things that we know are not recyclable are reused by going to a charity of our client's choice, or a second home with no profit to anyclear.

5 - How does your pricing work?

We charge for what is taken away, allowing for the time, weight, labour and travel involved in each job, ensuring you have the most cost effective junk removal and clearance service available.

6 - How experienced are you?

Our team is experienced in all domestic and commercial clearance services. For sensitive work including probate valuations and clearing a home when a member of the family is deceased, or dealing with compulsive hoarding disorder, we have members of staff who have the essential knowledge and attitude to make it a stress-free experience for clients.

7 - Do you check out your staff?

We are a family business with a strong team of staff who are carefully vetted.

8 - Do you clean up after clearing?

We know that whatever the clearance job is, it doesn't end with taking the junk away. We will always clean up and sweep up so that the area cleared is tidy when we leave. We also offer extensive cleaning services including one-off deep cleans or general cleans, cleaning up hazardous waste and power washing.

9 - How do I get in touch with anyclear?

10 - How do I get a quote?

We will discuss your needs, visit you if necessary and always give you a free, no obligation quote. Use our online enquiry form on Show Us Your Junk, and you can also upload a picture to us if you want to.

11 - How soon are you available?

Our aim is to carry out the work within 36 hours of your call, whatever the job. If possible we may even do it on the same day, although this may involve an extra cost.

12 - What time will you arrive?

We make appointments with no more than a 2 hour window – for example we will arrive at your premises between 8.30 and 10.30 if that is your appointment time slot. We will call you 30 minutes before we are due to arrive and keep you updated with our progress.

13 - Do your staff wear a uniform?

We like to be efficient, neat and tidy in everything we do including our uniform – look out for our easy-to-spot orange clothing with the green and blue logo.

14 - Are you licenced?

anyclear has a full Waste Carrier licence for both non-hazardous and hazardous waste. We are also fully insured.
